I wish I had an answer to the question, "what do you do?" The truth is, I work on whatever strikes my fancy at the moment: resin, jewelry, felt, sewing, paper crafts, you name it. Right now I'm on a felt kick and have been throughly enjoying making geektastic felt coasters and food. My next project involves mold making and rubber stamp casting. I am also a contributor to craftaweek.com.
I had an article published in 'The Best of Instructables' book for a piece called 'Crafting a Bento'. I also won a Valentine's Day contest for making a microcontrolled LED firefly pendant. Prior to that, I worked on several independent films (Snow Day, Bloody Snow Day, Until Voices Wake Us, Lakeside) as props master and makeup artist.
Because really - what's cozier than Cthulhu?
A friend of mine gave me a bag full of color changing LED flowers. I think they're supposed to go on tables at weddings or something. I disassembled and reassembled it so I can wear it in my hair instead.
To anyone who hasn't heard of it, Flexalon is super amazing, flexible, coated beading wire. It's a little pricey but soooo effing cool. Great for all kinds of projects, not just beading.
A friend of mine gave me a box of old floppy disks he was going to throw away. I knew they would come in handy for TAD. :)
